At Nandi’s Naturals, we believe in rewarding loyalty. That’s why we established the Nandi’s Naturals Rewards Point Program. It’s our way of saying we appreciate and value your investment in us.
Listed below are some highlights of the program and a FAQ section. Please keep in mind that program rules are subject to change without notice.
- Earn points every time you make a purchase using your credit/debit card or PayPal. Use the points to pay for future purchases (excluding taxes and shipping).
- Refer a friend and earn $5 (50 points) in rewards points.
How does the program work?
You must be logged in to your account to earn, view and redeem points. Each product, excluding gift certificates and bulk-priced items, is assigned a certain point value—this includes discounted and sale items. Once you have completed a purchase, points will automatically be reflected in the My Rewards section of your account. Points are not earned on items for which you are redeeming points. You will, however, earn points on items for which you are not redeeming points.
How many points do I earn with each purchase, and is there a minimum purchase requirement?
For every dollar you spend, you earn one (1) point. There is no minimum purchase requirement for using points.
Do I earn points on shipping and tax fees?
No, shipping and taxes are excluded from point accumulation. Gift certificates and bulk-priced items are also excluded.
How do I redeem my points?
When adding an item(s) to your cart, if you are logged in, you
will see two options: 1) Add to Cart and 2) Redeem this item for xx points. Select
the latter option to use accumulated points. Keep in mind that you will have to
use an alternate payment method to cover items for which you do not have enough
points and any shipping or taxes due on your order. Points cannot be redeemed on gift certificates or bulk-priced items.
If a product comes in multiple sizes, which size will my points earn me?
When you redeem points for products which come in a variety of sizes, you'll automatically receive the largest size.
Can I give my points away or turn them into cash?
Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, for any reason.
Who can participate in the rewards programs?
Only retail customers are eligible for the Nandi’s Naturals Rewards Point Program.
What do I get for referring a friend?
Refer a friend and when their order is approved and completed, you’ll earn $5 (50 points) in reward points. To be eligible for the referral points, your friend must enter your full name and the e-mail address associated with your account in the Comments area at checkout. You are eligible for these bonus points anytime you refer someone and they complete their first purchase. There is no limit, so refer away!
